Pre-orders
You may cancel a pre-order and receive a full refund at any time before the item ships. Use our contact page with your order number and we will process the refund within 5 business days.
Standard returns (EU right of withdrawal)
If you are a consumer within the European Union you have a 14-day right of withdrawal (herroepingsrecht) from the date you receive your order. You do not need to give a reason.
To return an item:
- Contact us via our contact page within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and a brief description.
- We will confirm the return and provide the return address.
- Pack the item securely and ship it back within 14 days of your notification.
- Return shipping costs are at your expense (unless the item is faulty - see below).
Condition: Returned items must be unused and in their original condition. Items that are damaged due to use, modification, or improper handling may be subject to a partial refund.
Refund: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will refund the full purchase price (including original standard shipping) within 14 days, using the same payment method you used to order.
Faulty or incorrectly sent items
If you receive an item that is defective or not what you ordered, contact us via our contact page within 30 days. We will cover return shipping and offer a full refund or a replacement at your choice.
Items not eligible for return
The withdrawal right does not apply to:
- Items that have been personalised or custom-made to your specification.
- Items damaged by misuse, modification, or improper handling after receipt.
