Products
Dexterlabs sells handmade and small-batch electronic hardware modules. Product pages describe each item’s current status: available, coming soon, or sold out.
Pre-order products are listed with an estimated lead time. The current standard pre-order lead time is approximately 2 months from the date of purchase. Lead times are estimates, not guarantees - production of small-batch hardware can be delayed by component availability, manufacturing, or testing issues. We will notify you by email of any significant delay.
Prices and payment
All prices are displayed in euros (EUR) and are inclusive of Dutch VAT (21%) where applicable for EU consumers. Buyers outside the EU may be exempt from Dutch VAT; the applicable price is shown at checkout.
Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards. Your order is confirmed once payment is complete.
Shipping
Products are shipped from Delft, Netherlands. See our Shipping Policy for delivery estimates and customs information.
Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)
If you are a consumer within the European Union you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason (herroepingsrecht).
To exercise this right, contact us via our contact page before the 14-day period expires. You must return the item in its original, unused condition within 14 days of notifying us. Return shipping costs are at your expense unless the item was faulty or incorrectly sent.
We will refund the full purchase price (including original shipping) within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
Pre-orders: You may cancel a pre-order and receive a full refund at any time before the item ships. Once shipped, the standard 14-day withdrawal right applies.
The withdrawal right does not apply to goods that are clearly personalised or custom-made to your specification.
Liability
Dexterlabs is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products, except where required by mandatory law. Our liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the product concerned.
We are not responsible for customs delays, duties, or import taxes incurred by buyers outside the EU. See the Shipping Policy for more detail.
Applicable law
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in the district of Den Haag, unless mandatory consumer protection law provides otherwise.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that transaction.
