Shipping Policy

Where we ship from

All orders are shipped from Delft, the Netherlands.

Delivery estimates

These are estimates from the moment of dispatch, not from the order date. Pre-orders ship approximately 2 months after purchase - see your order confirmation for the expected dispatch window.

Shipping carriers

We ship using PostNL or a comparable tracked carrier. A tracking link is sent to you by email once your order has been dispatched.

Non-EU buyers - customs and import duties

Shipments to countries outside the European Union are sent on DDU/DAP (Delivered Duty Unpaid / Delivered At Place) terms. This means:

  • The listed price does not include customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees.
  • These charges are determined by your country’s customs authority and are your responsibility.
  • We are not able to predict, pre-pay, or reimburse these costs.
  • We cannot mark shipments as gifts or under-declare their value.

If a parcel is held at customs and you choose not to pay the applicable duties, the parcel may be returned to us. In that case we will refund the product price but not the original shipping cost.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your parcel has not arrived within the estimated window, please reach out via our contact page with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier.

If your item arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and the damage and contact us within 5 days of receipt. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

Address accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of ordering. We are not responsible for non-delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.
